Children’s National Hospital, based in Washington, D.C., was established in 1870 to help every child grow up stronger. Today, it is the No. 5 children’s hospital in the nation.
The Children’s National Heart Center is a multidisciplinary team comprising cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, cardiac intensive care, cardiac nursing and cardiac anesthesia. This diverse patient population offers robust clinical experience in all facets of pediatric and congenital cardiology from fetus to adult.
Children’s National Heart Center provides multidisciplinary care, with access to more than 40 specialties such as neonatology, cardiac critical care, physical rehabilitation and neurology, all tailored to the unique needs of children with congenital heart disease. Our team of internationally-respected pediatric cardiologists provides care for common to complex heart conditions and is one of the largest, most experiences programs in the region.
